At Moon & Mane, I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure a smooth schedule for all clients, please note the following policy: • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may require a deposit to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your service total at your next visit. • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also result in a 50% charge.
